“Freedom to Vote Act Walk – Glen Echo to Ben’s Chili Bowl”

Join SSPA and people from across the country for the “Freedom to Vote Act Walk – Glen Echo to Ben’s Chili Bowl in support of The Freedom to Vote Act and the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act!
Join those who walked or biked from West Virginia to our nation’s capital, and join in a powerful statement urging the Senate and President Biden to protect our freedom to vote! And at the end, join the celebration with us at a “End of Friday Relay Shindig at Ben’s Chili Bowl“.
The event will start at 1:30 pm at Glen Echo Park, and work its way through MoCo and DC, ending at the iconic Ben’s Chili Bowl, at 1213 U Street, NW, in DC.
IMPORTANT: Please attend only if you have been fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and completed the vaccination process two or more weeks ago AND do not attend if you have ANY symptoms of Covid-19.
